Best male Cyclo-cross rider

In recent weeks Belgian cyclocross ace Sven Nys has swept all before him in the World Cup and Superprestige series races, demolishing rivals such as world champion Bart Wellens on more than one occasion. Given his recent form, it's no surprise to see Nys take more than half the votes to sweep this category too.

Top US cross specialist Jonathan Page took second spot, indicating the increasing profile and popularity of cyclocross on the other side of the Atlantic, though it has to be admitted Page's place is a fairly distant second, just ahead of world champ Bart Wellens.

Nys says he now wants to land the one thing that has eluded him in 'cross, the world championship, and it looks like he has your vote of confidence for the 2005 world's!
