Jeff LaBauve (Frisco, Texas - Focus 2004) won gold in the men's sprint, edging out Focus 2004 teammate Giddeon Massie (Quakertown, Pa.) who took the silver. Garth Blackburn (Houston, Texas), another member of Team Focus 2004, won bronze. And in men's Paralympic competition, Ronne Irvine (Herndon, Va.) was the sole Paralympic rider competing in the LC1 (below the knee amputee) division in the 200 meter time trial, winning his third national title.
