SRAM X-7 trigger shiftersSRAM's re-entry into the trigger-shifter market has certainly made a splash. Allowing the rider to shift in both directions using only the thumb, the new shifter design can also be used with the thumb and finger like other trigger shifters. The shifters use SRAM's 1:1 cable activation, marketed under the "Impulse Technology" moniker, and is compatible with all SRAM ESP series compnents. The Metal series jersey also features mesh side panels, designed to allow a flow of air to cool the body while riding.
