Bicycling Australia Show, October 23-5, 2004
Ridley rolls across the world.
Hot on the heels of securing Sinclair Imports as its new North American distributor, emerging Belgian bike company Ridley Bikes has inked a deal with Continental Oceania for the Australian market. On hand at the BA show in Melbourne was Ridley's Luca Briscetto (right) shown with Greg Rule. There will be a strong Australian connection for Ridley, as riders such as Robbie McEwen, Henk Vogels and Cadel Evans will all ride on Ridley machines next year, after the company secured the bike sponsorship deal for the Davitamon-Lotto squad in 2005.
