Warm up to Illawarra Track Open

The Caesar's Illawarra Cycle Club held Track racing on Wednesday night with the riders attending ironing out any bugs in their system for the Track Open on Saturday night.

Riders such as Adam Rourke, Rebecca Borgo, Grant Law, Kyle Spencer and Emma Ringer will be competing against some of the best riders in the state. Riders such as last years winner of the Wheel Race, Roger Bird (Nowra Velo Club) will be attending the event.

This year there will be three major races on the program: Women's Wheel Race, Men's Wheel Race and the 100 lap Points Score Race. With 49 Events on the program, the night will be filled with lots of good close racing from the riders.

Visitors are welcome to come down for an evening of cycling at the Wollongong Velodrome located on the Princes Hwy, Unanderra (100 metres North Farmborough Heights Rd). The full program is available on the Clubs Notice Board.
