Visitors make for strong racing
38 riders took part in the final Rockhampton Cycling Club Meeting on Friday with this club track meet being many riders last racing hit out before the Qld State Track Cycling Championships in Brisbane, commencing on 2nd January.
Strong fields in the senior grades made for solid, hard racing for the cyclists, with visiting riders from Mackay, Bundaberg and Brisbane also joining the locals on a still but slightly cooler night in Rockhampton.
