St. Lukes Health Veterans Cycling Club
Tasmania, November 9, 2003
On Sunday at Carrick the St. Lukes Health Veterans Cycling Club held a 57km handicap race. A good field turned out for the event with the prize money being donated to Sally Fletcher to go towards her charity ride which commences on Saturday.
Michelle Dabner continued on her great form from last weekend where she finished an excellent 2nd in a very tough Oatlands-Richmond race. She beat home a big pack of riders in a well judged sprint. In a well handicapped race Craig Burrows finished only 30seconds behind the winner to take out fastest time.
Sunday November 16's racing will be at Longford starting at 10am with reg. by 9.45am. Entries close this week for the Deloraine-Latrobe.
