Description

The 8th stage of Vuelta 2000 ended in Vinarós last year, so we hope the streets will be crowded these year as well. Vinarós is a land with a great cycling tradition and everyone related to this sport know it. This stage has all the necessary features to be a professional one, although the wind could break the rhythm of the peloton. Watching the riders "flying" on their bikes could be the main attraction this day. When things are introduced in that way, it means that this stage possesses all the necessary ingredients for those nonconformist riders, always called modest, to change things at the very beginning.
