- Jennifer Finlay led up most of the way up the Gibraltar range but was caught by Kathy Watt
- Kathy Watt looked strong up the major climb of the day
- Jessica Ridder also looked strong
- Kathy Watt powered away after the climb, never to be caught again
- Jessica Ridder and Laura Bortolozzi fought out the minor placings
- Kathy Watt was the hungriest today
- And took a convincing win
