Riders completed a full program of track racing on Friday night ensuring plenty of action for spectators. Visitors from Bundaberg and a visiting Dutch Junior Champion hotted up the competition for the locals.

The feature race of the night was the all-in twenty lap scratch race. Three young riders did a ton of work and managed to lap the field with five laps to go. Clayton Cosgrove put in a gutsy effort to stay with the = other two breakaways even though his preparation for track season has been minimal. In the veterans Ron Wroe showed good form and proved he will be hard to beat this season. Racing next Friday night. Nominations 7pm, racing starts 7.30pm
