Stage 2 - October 30: Kaya - Ziniaré, 70 km

• Marco Polo Cycling Team exerted more control over the Faso field in the second stage
• Plenty of roadside support for the peloton in stage 2
• A short parcours meant fast racing from Kaya to Ziniaré

Stage 3 - October 31: Kokologo - Boromo, 132.5 km

• Field workers take a moment of respite as the peloton passes by.
• At 50 kilometres to go, race leader Maarten Tjallingii (Marco Polo Cycling Team) decided he had more fight left in him, launching a solo attack.
• Sensing danger, the peloton reacts in an attempt to chase down the lead duo, but in the end, it was too little, too late.
• With first and second place decided, the peloton fight it out for the minor placings.
• Stage winner Gunther Cuylits (Aliplast) is delighted with his victory.

Stage 4 - November 1: Boromo - Houndé, 74 km

• The field lines up for stage 4 of the Tour du Faso
• Hot, dusty conditions greet the riders each day
• The Cameroon team gets ready before stage 4
• Riders cross the line in Houndé
• A team meeting in the shade for Cameroon after stage 4
• Thierry David (GMCI 38) gave France its first stage win

• Sixteen year old Brady Kapius was schooling the Cat 3 field until slowed by punctures.
• Allison Dunlop rode to a fine 4th place finish in the Cat 3 men's race.
• Cat 3's charging into the loose off camber descent into the wooded section.
• The former world MTB champ showed that she's well recovered from the injuries that ended her 2003 MTB season.
• Heather Szabo gets a gap up the start hill that she would never relinquish in the open women's race.

• The open men's field gets off to a wild start.

• Spee-ing along - Scott Spees (Airborne.net) got himself a top five finish in the B race.
• The field started thinning out very quickly in the A race.
• Riders battle with their machines through the sand in the A race.
• Phil Noble (Airborne.net) showed his strength after bridging up to the lead group, later dropping Mitch Graham (Bio Wheels) to take out the win.
• Pete Bauer (Bio Wheels) rode well to a fine fourth place in the B race.
