Rocketparts.com's Pierce College Cyclocross
Woodland Hills, California, October 20, 2002
Under mild temperatures and blue skies the Southern California Cyclocross season
kicked off with a great group of competitors. The course was fast and furious
rolling through and around the agricultural division of Woodland Hills' Pierce
College. The first annual event showed that 'cross is alive and growing in So
Cal. In the A-Men's Camarillo Ravens/Scary Fast rider Mark Noble took early
control of the race and the win holding off an ever-charging Tom Farley (Team
Rocket Parts) and California District Champ. Emilio Cervantes (Simply Fit).
