• The MG is Ursus' flagship wheelset in 2007, with the rim 96 percent magnesium and a claimed weight of 1.290 grams per pair.
• Hubs on the MG are constructed from ERGAL 7075 aluminium alloy and are CNC-machined.
• Both hubs and the cassette are constructed from ERGAL 7075 aluminium alloy.
• A 26mm rim height and bladed spokes make these wheels suitable for all kinds of road racing.
• Ursus' deep rim Miura carbon wheelsets, available in clincher (L) or tubular (R) format with a claimed weight of 1.720/1.620 grams per pair.
• The Miura front clincher weighs 730 grams.
• The quick release on the Miura is made from 6005 aluminium and features a titanium axle.
• The Miura's carbon-alloy hub is CNC-machined and uses SKF bearings.

• The Scratch saddle is Prologo's top-of-the-line mode, featuring a high modulus T700 carbon fibre base and titanium rails.

• The rim bed contains no holes, and is said to translate to higher torsional rigidity and vertical elasticity.

• The customer of this particular bike traveled all the way from Belgium to Italy to watch Darren Crisp in action.
• A more traditional-looking bike from Darren Crisp.
• 'Know your builder' isn't just a catch-phrase, says Crisp, but an important aspect that brings together a collaboration between builder and cyclist, and allows complete customisation.
• MTB or road, Crisp will do as you ask - so long as you've got the money, of course!
• Titanium shimmers like no other.
• Here, a customer specified S-bend seat stays on his road bike.
• The machine that makes bikes work: before welding commences, Crisp puts the bike in this jig, which allows Argon gas to run inside the frame during the welding process.
• A flick of a switch lets Argon gas flow throughout the frame during welding.

• The Marte is Cicli Casati's top production model, a 1,030 kilogram carbon beast, available as a traditional and sloping frame.
• Chunky carbon fork.
• High modulus, multi-directional carbon tubes are used throughout on the Marte.
• The cutaway section along the top tube has been designed to dampen vibration for increased road stability.
• S-bend seat stays were fairly common among the carbon bikes we saw at EICMA.
