The West Tamar Cycling Club (Tasmania) attracted a quality field to last weekend's early season road race.

Riders were confronted with a testing and hilly course, starting at the Rosevale Hall and heading towards Exeter before returning to Rosevale.

The A Grade field was a hotly contested affair, but it was the in-form Matt Conn who took line honours ahead of Ryan Sullivan. B Grade was won by Josh Wilson, while winners of the junior categories were Flowery Gully brother and sister act, Wesley and Grace Sulzberger.

The next major race on the Tasmanian Cycling Federation's road calendar will be the Launceston to Ross Classic on Sunday, May 19.
