Next weekend - i.e. the Queens birthday weekend, 8-10 June, all roads lead to Bundaberg. The annual Caneland's tour is a much sought over race sees riders from serveral Australian states fight to claim the winners prize. It is expected that a large field of contestants will vie for a share of near $5000 in prizes Saturday afternoon see the race commence with a series of criterum races races spread over several grades. Sunday the tour moves to Mt Perry were riders will face the tortures of mountainous road races. Monday the tour moves to the seaside town of Woodgate which will host a stage of the tour for the first time. This stage is also a series of road races to determine the overall tour winner.
