Race 2 - Thursday, January 9: Portarlington

Start: 12.30 pm,
Finish: 3.30 pm

One of the toughest criterium circuits on the Bay makes a return in 2003 when the riders take to the Portarlington circuit. A tough hill up to the finish, a dragging hill after the finish and rough roads combine with tough corners to make it one leg-sapping event.
