The St. Lukes Health Veterans Club in conjunction with race sponsor Jack Dunn held a very successful 60klm feature race on Sunday at Westbury.

Former "Examiner Tour of the North" rider John Frankling on the comeback trail after not having raced for over 25 years proved the the long layoff was no deterrent as he won in great style from Wynyard evergreen Eddie Summers. Robert Brown of Beaconsfield in his first year of Cycling put in a great ride to finish third.

Entries close Sept 11 for the Tas. Veteran Championships
