Robin Baillie wins the Old Fort Race, with a time of 1.09:26.
12 cyclists participated in the 35 km road race held on Sunday, August 20, which included a tough hill climb. Second was Pat Ferris at a time of 1.12:23. Third was Les Elliott with a time of 1.13:05.
Other times, Bob Andrews 1.14:32, Roger St. Jean 1.15:11, Colter Young 1.16:33, Richard Wood 1.18:17, Wim Kok 1.18:23, and Kevin Cooper 1.18:46.
Three riders took part in the 17 km reduced course with Dean Lowery finishing first with a time of 39:01, second was Marie Young at 44:14 and Eva St. Jean in third place with a time of 53:00.
Upcoming events include cyclo-cross training, Tuesday night 6:30 pm at North Peace Secondary School and Thurday night time trials, 6:45 pm at Baldonnel School.
