Rob Purse put in a great sprint to score a very good win from Phil Bishop and the ever improving Scott Evans. In a bunch of about 30 riders who arrived about two minutes later, Darren Cook showed his exceptional sprint power, holding off Dale Woolston to win A grade. Next Saturday, starting at 1.00pm Northern Vets CC, in conjunction with the Fingal Valley Festival, will be holding the Annual Fingal Valley 50. The handicap race will carry $800 in prizemoney. Riders are reminded that entries close next weekend for the Calvary Health Care 2 day tour - prize money will be in excess of $2500 split up over five grades and will include prize money for all stage finishes.
