Results and Reports from AustraliaPromoters wishing to submit results should send them to Cyclingnews Northern Veterans Cycling ClubLongford, Tasmania, June 26, 2005In very cold and frosty conditions 40 hardy cyclists faced the starter in the Calvary Health Northern Vets.45km graded race at Longford on Sunday.The race run in two divisions, with A,B,C racing together and D and E in the other race. Both races were very keenly contested with Keith Smith showing great form to win his race overall and topple the A graders in the process. In the D's and E's Leigh Kerrison showed he has not lost any of his renowned speed to take out a well timed sprint. Sunday July 3rd, racing will be at Cressy, with Criteriums for all grades. Racing will start at 10am with A Grade off first. All riders must be entered by 9 45am. Duty members are Martin Zuj and Paul Quinn. Entries close next Sunday for the Quamby Classic and tickets for the Dinner must be collected at the same time.
