Wall wipes the floor

Josh Wall demonstrated why he is national U19 scratch race & time trials club champion. In last Sundays Illawarra Cycle Club scratch race he easily rode away from the A-grade field in the closing stage to win the event. Peter Jones held off Mark Davis for second.

In the B-grade event Tony Burke outsprinted Tony Stephenson and Joe Pereira.

C-grade saw Mitch Harris back on the bike and back in the results, winning from Dean Kelly and Dave Morris.

New rider fourteen year old Thomas Griffiths has his first taste of bunch racing and finished with the bunch in fourth. The event was won by Vince O'Dwyer who outgrunted David Hull at the line. Lou Jonceski took third.

Lionel Covington needs names for next weeks handicap. Marshall group 2 is to have a car for signs.
