St Lukes Health Northern Veterans

Longford, Sunday January 25, 2004

The St Lukes Health Northern Veterans commenced there 2004 season on Sunday at Longford. Over 40 riders competed in a 40 kilometre handicap race. In an exciting finish, former rowing champion Glen Myler pulled off one of his breakaway efforts to score a convincing win from fellow scratchmen Jamie Perry and Laurie Venn.

Next race Feb 1 at Longford; riders must enter by 9 45am.
