Chartrain holds off the bunch
The 40km race course was very tough starting and returning to Exeter, which suited the hill climbers with some hilly sections that the back-markers enjoyed. Olivier Chartrain from St. Marys, riding in Division 4 had a great day staying out and held off a fast finishing bunch.
