2004 Team rosters

Team Lucky Lounge

Going into its fourth year, Team Lucky Lounge will continue to build on its successful program as a premier Texas cycling team with a roster of 18 riders. The Lucky Lounge continues as title sponsor, along with Giro, Powerbar, and Oakley continuing as supporting sponsors. For 2004, Team Lucky Lounge has also added Chuy's Tex-Mex, KMV Technologies, and Trek Bicycles as new sponsors. Plus, this may be one of the few cycling teams sponsored by a morning radio show - JB and Sandy In the Morning!

Building on last season's successful racing season, which included several state championships, Team Lucky Lounge will strive to provide sponsors and the sport with positive and professional representation, on the bike in the Texas Cup Series, State Championships, and select regional and NRC races - on the road, track, and off-road. Additionally, Team Lucky Lounge feels that "giving back" includes meaningful off the bike contributions, so the team recently helped the JB and Sandy Show provide over 500 bikes for children through their annual "Bikes for Kids" program.

Additionally, Team Lucky Lounge is fortunate enough to train from time-to-time with a five time winner of the Tour de France, Lance Armstrong, when he returns to his home in Austin, Texas. The team is confident that some of Lance's determination, in addition to motorpacing behind him, will help ensure a successful 2004 season.
