The front of the elite women’s field gets down to business
as they chase down a preme that awaits them at the line.

Before the start of the two kilometre Dash for Cash event,
elite men stretch as far as the eye can see. A full field coupled with a full seating area equal happy sponsors and a happy velodrome staff.

Many of the elite men and women who race the Friday night events
came up through these programs. At the completion of the Pee Wee Peddlers class, boys and girls are given the opportunity to take a lap in front of the race crowds and then bask in the applause.

Clear skies and calm conditions welcome the tandems
as they prepare to thrill the crowd with a evening long display of the speed and power.
