- Colby Pearce leads Joey D'Antoni, Kenny Williams and Marty Nothstein in the Men's Scratch Race
- Ashley Kimmet takes a lap in the Women's Points Race
- Kenny Williams was fastest qualifier in the Men's Individual Pursuit, and in the final caught Joey D'Antoni for the win.
- Jennie Reed looked strong against Tanya Lindenmuth after winning the keirin, coming to Frisco directly from training at the UCI Center in Aigle
- Reed led out the sprint final, but Lindenmuth pipped her later, at the line
- Men's 1000 Meter winner Christian Stahl - 1:06.766
- Gideon Massie clocked the fastest time in the Men's 200 Meter Time Trial - 10.738
- Erin Mirabella's 3:54.276 put her at top seed in the Women's 3km Pursuit Qualifying

- Off with the old! Volunteers remove boards on the backstretch of the Superdrome in Frisco. The first step in renovations is to remove over 700 old boards from the framework.
- Father and son volunteers drill out the screws holding old boards at the start of the homestretch section. Over 15,000 screws must be removed before the old boards can be pulled off the metal frame.
- A volunteer removes rust from the exposed framework of the homestretch. The next step is painting the exposed steel prior to laying down the new boards.
- Ryan Crissey (Frisco Cycling Club president) hangs in a corner to remove old boards at the Superdrome. The corners of the velodrome are banked at 45 degrees, making climbing gear necessary.
