Interbike show -Las Vegas, Nevada USA, September 25-29, 2006Main Page Previous Part Next Part Interbike Part 7 - Letting your hair down at the Sinclair partyEach year, Sinclair Imports puts on one of the biggest parties of the show, with pro-riders and bike industry figures, as well as a few colourful identities, all putting aside the work-talk in order to enjoy the event. Once again, the master of ceremonies, Sinclair's Lance Donnell, put on the sort of event that will be remembered ... at least until the next Sinclair party at Interbike 2007. And you can bet that guests such as Mario Cipollini and Magnus Backstedt will be letting everyone know what they missed out on at the chic 'Voodoo' nightclub, 51 floors high above Vegas at the Rio Casino. As always, Sinclair's brands, including Ridley, FSA and Campagnolo Sportswear, among many, were well-displayed throughout the night, however the podium girls may have been the focus of everyone's attention. Indeed, patrons were invited to vote on their favourite hostess - aligned with one of Sinclair's US agencies - and it was FSA that had the most popular 'podium girl'. Lights, cages (complete with dancers) and hostesses, versus pedals and bikes - it's a tough call. All too soon, the night was over, the lights came up, and the crowd prepared for the intense three-day Interbike exhibition, which brings the latest and greatest in cycling to North America.
