The Mapei-Quick Step Espoirs team made recorded another win today thanks to Swiss rider Fabian Cancellara at the ZLM Tour in Holland. He was part of a group of 25 riders that made a breakaway 50 kilometres from the finish. The group fragmented on the final lap and five riders escaped with 5 km to go. Cancellara chased, caught and passed them with 3 km to go to take the victory, 6 seconds in front Geert Omloop (Palmans) and Hans Dekkers (Rabobank Espoirs).

This is Cancellara's 5th win of the season.
