The race begins at 9:30 and will finish at approximately 12:30. The
riders have to negotiate 18 laps of a 5.7 kilometre circuit for a total
of 102.6 kilometres. The circuit is surrounds Lake Rotorua, and is considered
reasonably technical, with a few sharp climbs and descents.
