Wong wins Japanese finale

The Tour de Okinawa is the last Japanese race of the season. This year it was won by Kam-Po Wong (Hong Kong) in a solo break. He attacked from 10-man breakaway with 35 km to go, and crossed the line 1'52 ahead of the chasers. Wong won the race three times, 1995, 1998 and 2000.
