Wesley Sulzberger (SouthAustralia.com-AIS) receives the white jersey of Best Placed Under-25 rider on behalf of Stijn Vandenbergh (Unibet.com). Sulzberger rode very well on Stage 1 and will no doubt be keen to take the lead in this category.
