Interbike show, Las Vegas, USA, September 25-29, 2006
A pat on the back – 15-years in business was celebrated
by Speedplay at Interbike, with company principle and chief designer, Richard
Bryne, breaking out the rainbow strips and beers. The company’s pedals were
ridden to numerous victories in 2006, with Fabian Cancellara’s win in the
individual time trial at the 2006 UCI Road World Championships capping off
a memorable year. Cancellara also won Paris-Roubaix using the same lightweight
pedals.
