Joseph Sunde Memorial CriteriumThis race is in its 8th year, and is held in memory of a young boy named Joseph Sunde who died of Leukemia in 1992. Proceeds from the race go to the Children's Cancer Institute in NSW, and as usual there were plenty of cyclists in attendance at Heffron Park.
Centrumcross SurhuisterveenHeld late in 2000, the Centrumcross Surhuisterveen in the Netherlands saw Erwin Vervecken win in a hard fought race. Bert Geerts supplied the following photos of the mud and the action that exemplifies European cyclocross.
Oceania ChampionshipsCyclists from all over the region are in Sydney for the Oceania Championships, which includes road, track and MTB events. Tom Balk took these shots at the Dunc Grey velodrome.
