• It was 'Vanilla Ice' day in Ouyen and tour leader David Kemp got the urge before stage seven began
• The peloton quickly splintered in the windy conditions after the start to stage seven in Ouyen
• The lead group form an echelon in the cross winds near Ouyen
• Tour leader David Kemp wasn't taking any chances and got himself into the lead group
