Results
The Canberra
time trial is the penultimate stage of the race and attracts enormous
interest from the cycling public.
Last year the racing
was staged with the Tour de Capital, a 2 lap race of the time trial circuit
and attracted wonderful interest from the cycling community.
The time trial circuit
is along Parkes Way and travels adjacent to Lake Burley Griffin
and is closed to vehicular traffic. The circuit is undulating
and fast and allows an all out effort with long straights and
great vision of other competitors.
