Surrey League/Kingston Wheelers
Dunsfold, March 21, 2004
In the 2/3/4 race, a group of six got away early: Justin Clarke, (Festival),
Stephen Skuse, (Kingsnorth), Nigel Carpenter (Pacific), Simon McNamara (VC Etoile),
William Bell, (Gemini) and Richard Smith (Prestige VC). They got to about 1
minute clear then a number of small groups started to chase and 10 other riders
got across. This drew out the bunch and with 2 laps to go it all came together
again so the race ended in a 50 man bunch sprint.
