Burgess breaks through

Seventeen riders contested Saturday’s event from Glenaroua Fire Station. The 40km sealed handicap was three laps of the Glenaroua-Schoolhouse Hill course. Jeff Madex was the winning rider with a time of 0.57.58.

Alan Adams recorded the fastest time for the 40km but had to take 2nd place on handicap with a nett time of 1.01.20. Junior, Ethen McMennemin was 3rd. in a time of 1.01.30.
