The Trustmark Tour LeFleur is the second event on the USPRO Cycling Tour for 1999. It comprised the Bud Light Criterium on April 24 which was held in Jackson, Missisippi and a Road Race on April 25.

Women, 45 minutes plus 5 laps:

The course featured many corners with a slight uphill finish. The 6 person Saturn team made it look easy as they attacked and controlled with Susy Pryde almost lapping the field off the front. Pam Schuster crashed out trying to bring back the Saturn breakway. Tina Mayola made her debut in top racing and was well placed.
