- Mid-August sees a vacation depleted field as the B road bikes take to the oval. Jeff Frazer has taken a medically mandated rest and his once solid lead is now in question. There are three more races to go, so racers get the numbers back up and let this drama play out.
- The parade lap smiles will give way to 60 laps of grimacing. The overall for the year has been a cat and mouse game which has yet to be decided.
- Promoter Clark Hollins and racer/announcer Chad Schoenauer mind the store.
- Gary Clark, Will Sager, and Rey Trevino are the guys on zebra duty making the calls and keeping us honest. We have no clue why there is half a bike on the table.
- Bike messenger and shop mechanic Chris King is happy to spin a wrench for anyone.
