Colnago CF3 Launch,U.S. Grand Prix, Indianapolis, September 29, 2002The EICMA Milan bike show saw Colnago roll out its limited edition Colnago CF3 Ferrari bike, and what a reaction it received. Released in conjunction with Scuderia Ferrari, the CF3 will only see 750 models released. Utilising a light carbon monocoque frame, the CF3 is built around a number of carbon parts, including the seatpost, handlebar, front derailleur, hubs, bottle-cage and of course the Colnago crankset. This bike is truly a work of art for those who love the fluid look that carbon fibre gives. And to show off that carbon, the bike uses a minimal amount of yellow paint. Yes, that's right, yellow, not Ferrari's trademark red. Cyclingnews correspondent Mark Zalewski was at the US launch of the bike, held on the eve of the U.S. Grand Prix in Indianapolis, where he took the photos of this beautiful bike.
