Rock Shox' Motion Control platform valve has been dramatically downsized
for use in the new Mission Control damper. Beneath the gold mushroom-shaped "plunger" sits a unique Isolite cushion that compresses under strong impacts to allow oil flow when the fork is otherwise locked out.
