Manning takes fourth round of All Cables League

US-based professional Lorraine Manning proved best at the end of the fourth round of the All Cables Women's league at the Boot Inn. Home on a break from racing with her Atlanta Velo team, Manning outsprinted Kate Rudd (North Tipperary Wheelers) and Elsa Connaughton (Cycleways) to win the flat three-lap race, with Grace McNally (McNally Swords) taking fourth.

Rudd is the league leader with 39 points, narrowly ahead of Cycleways rider Marica Attoressi and McNally.

The next round of the league will be held at the same venue next Wednesday night, June 12.
