PreviewDespite the likelihood of its postponement due to the oil strikes in Venezuela, the Vuelta a Tachira will go ahead as planned between January 10-23. La Vuelta a Tachira has never been suspended since its inception in 1966. However, the current strikes that have lasted over 35 days has meant that the Vuelta has been compromised. This year's Vuelta al Tachira will cover a total of 1,893.80 km, split into 14 stages. There will be 51 sprints, 26 of which will have bonuses and the remaining 25 will have points Start listLoteria Del Tachira A Nicorette Bono Ciclismo Colombia 1 Freddy Vargas (Ven) 9 Alexis Rojas (Col) 2 Noel Vasquez (Ven) 10 Edward Ruiz (Col) 3 Cesar Salazar (Col) 11 Rolando Trujillo (Col) 4 Carlos Maya (Ven) 12 Edisson Paredes (Col) 5 Jose Chacon (Ven) 13 Freddy Paredes (Col) 6 Aldrin Salamanca (Ven) 14 Raul Gomez (Col) 7 Juan Murillo (Ven) 15 Cristian Bautista (Col) 8 Robinson Merchan (Ven) 16 Erwin Mendez (Ven) Tecos Univ Guadalajara Mexico Gob Tachira Alc Bolivarianas Desurc 17 Antonio Aldape (Mex) 25 Luis Villamizar (Ven) 18 Ubaldo Meza (Col) 26 Edwin Buitrago (Ven) 19 Cuitlahuac Ayala (Mex) 27 Jimmy Ramirez (Ven) 20 Joel Alamillo (Mex) 28 Ruben Pabon (Ven) 21 Jose Castel (Mex) 29 Dennis Prada (Ven) 22 Javier Paniagua (Mex) 30 Ronald Colmenares (Ven) 23 Fausto Esparza (Mex) 31 Wilston Camargo (Ven) 24 Irwin Aguilar (Mex) 32 Elioner Lopez (Ven) Cafe Flor Patria Gob Bol Trujillo Triple Gordo Lara 33 Rodolfo Camacho (Col) 41 Jesus Gonzalez (Ven) 34 Alirio Contreras (Ven) 42 Federico Munoz (Col) 35 Carlos Ochoa (Ven) 43 Tomas Gil (Ven) 36 Wilmer Vasquez (Ven) 44 Edgar Caballero (Ven) 37 Giner Veda (Ven) 45 Yosmer Cuadros (Ven) 38 Luis Molina (Ven) 46 Douglas Perez (Ven) 39 Luis Diaz (Ven) 47 Jose Ramos (Ven) 40 Anthony Brea (Ven) 48 Ricardo Mendoza (Ven) Dos Pinos Costa Rica Loteria Del Tachira B 49 Warren Calvo (CRc) 56 Franklin Chacon (Ven) 50 Michael Chavez (CRc) 57 Tomy Alcedo (Ven) 51 Jorge Coto (CRc) 58 Omar Pumar (Ven) 52 Luis Garcia (CRc) 59 Yeisson Delgado (Ven) 53 Melvin Lopez (CRc) 60 Manuel Guevara (Ven) 54 Juan Rojas (CRc) 61 Dixon Carmona (Ven) 55 Jose Vanegas (Col) 62 Nestor Chacon (Ven) Seleccion De Cuba Colombia Selle Italia 63 Reldys Perez (Cub) 70 Hernan Munoz (Col) 64 Damian Martinez (Cub) 71 Freddy Gonzalez (Col) 65 Lizardo Benitez (Cub) 72 Jhon Garcia (Col) 66 Yosvany Falcon (Cub) 73 Ruber Marin (Col) 67 Yosvany Gutierrez (Cub) 74 Oscar Henao (Col) 68 Luis Romero (Cub) 75 Vladimir Gonzalez (Col) 69 Eliecer Valdez (Cub) 76 Mykhaylo Chalilov (Ukr) Kino Tachira Alc Barinas Irdeb Banfoandes 77 Diocenis Valdez (Cub) 84 Luis Gonzalez (Ven) 78 Jose Vargas (Ven) 85 Javier Corredor (Ven) 79 Paul Torres (Ven) 86 Franklin Aragoza (Ven) 80 Edgar Ortega (Ven) 87 Alvis Contreras (Ven) 81 Arlex Mendez (Ven) 88 Jose Perez (Ven) 82 Ruben Chacon (Ven) 89 Jose Zerpa (Ven) 83 Henry Prisco (Ven) 90 Hussein Monsalve (Ven) Seleccion Nacional Guatemala Univ Andes Retromaquina Colombia 91 Andres Ordonez (Gua) 97 Giovanny Barriga (Col) 92 Alberto Mendez (Gua) 98 Jhon Patino (Col) 93 Amilcar Gramajo (Gua) 99 Leonardo Berbesi (Col) 94 Abel Jochola (Gua) 100 Jose Alvarez (Ven) 95 Edgar Rodriguez (Gua) 101 Rafael Perez (Ven) 96 Nery Velasquez (Gua) 102 Jose Yanez (Ven) Colombia Bono Del Ciclismo 103 Luis Gil (Col) 104 Jose Robles (Col) 105 Jhoan Villamizar (Col) 106 Carlo Perez (Ven) 107 Eduardo Guerrero (Col) Past winners2002 Freddy Vargas (Ven) Kino Tachira A 2001 Noel Vázquez (Ven) 2000 Noel Vázquez (Ven) 1999 Aldrin Salamanca (Ven) 1998 Julio César Blanco (Ven) 1997 César Salazar (Ven) 1996 Rául Gómez (Col) 1995 Carlos Maya (Ven) 1994 Alexis Méndez (Ven) 1993 Leonardo Sierra (Ven) 1992 Luis Barroso (Ven) 1991 Angel Yesid Camargo (Col) 1990 José Vicente Díaz (Col) 1989 Luis Felipe Moreno (Col) 1988 Viacheslav Ekimov (Sov) 1987 Elio Villamizar (Ven) 1986 Eduardo Alonso (Cub) 1985 José Lindarte (Ven) 1984 Carlos Alba (Ven) 1983 Mario Medina (Ven) 1982 Ramazan Galeitdinov (Sov) 1981 Carlos Julio Siachoque (Col) 1980 Epifanio Arcila (Ven) 1979 José Duaxt Hernández (Ven) 1978 Efrain Rodríguez (Ven) 1977 Patrocinio Jiménez (Col) 1976 Fernando Fontes (Ven) 1975 Fernando Fontes (Ven) 1974 Álvaro Pachón (Col) 1973 Santos Rafael Bermúdez (Ven) 1972 Miguel Samacá (Col) 1971 Martín "Cochise" Rodríguez (Col) 1970 Álvaro Pachón (Col) 1969 Álvaro Pachón (Col) 1968 Martín "Cochise" Rodríguez (Col) 1967 Gustavo Rincón (Col) 1966 Martín "Cochise" Rodríguez (Col) Past winners by Mario Stiehl, www.world-of-cycling.com |
