Stage 3 - February 22: San José Time Trial, 27.4km

The race remains in San José, and the shuffling of the general classification continues as well. A 27km individual time trial outside of San José features an undulating course along the Chesbro and Calero Reservoirs. The early climbing on this course will make the shorter distance a welcomed respite.
