London Dynamo Summer Road Race
Sigma Sport/Altio South East Series, July 23, 2006
Rob Hurd (Chocalatier Isabelle/ Felt Cycles) strengthened his grip on the Sigma Sport Altio South East Series yesterday with a fine win in the London Dynamo Summer Road Race at Staplefield in Sussex. A group of nine riders including the eventual winner rode clear in the first lap of the race and stayed away for the entire race.
In the last 2 laps the break began attacking each other with Rob Hurd pulling away on the final climb from Chris McNamara (Wildside RT) to win by 30 seconds.
