Roger St. Jean won the Thursday night Baldonnel time trial with a time of 28:10. Pat Ferris was second at 28:36 and Bob Andrews third at 30:09. Sam Keats was 4th at 30:19 and Richard Wood 5th with 31:00.

Lisa Verbisky was 6th at 31:05, Colter Young 31:55, Gord Harris 33:02, Barb Polehoykie 33:07, Ken Nix 33:22, Jeff Jackson 33:50, Dayna Stickel 36:14, Jolea Bilodeau 38:34 and Eva St. Jean 38:51.

Kendra Young won the 8 km with 14:53. Estelle Nix was second at 17:16 and Lois Harris third at 20:58.
