Brendan Graham took the verdict in a sprint against Jim McConnell (East Antrim) to win the Downpatrick St Patrick's Day Race. Vincent Tubridy (Slane Cycles) finished 38 seconds down, while Banbridge CC’s Roger Aiken got the better of Adam Petrie Armstrong (Northern-Dave Kane), Ross Blaney (Ards CC) plus the rest of the senior 1 riders to net fourth place and record the fastest time of the day.
