ATTA – Victoria, Individual Time Trial - January 14, 2007

The first ever Victorian ATTA race was run under near perfect conditions at Diggers Rest approximately 40km west of Melbourne. Entrants consisted of former West Australian ATTA member Scott McDowell and Victorian Vet time trial specialist. Andrew Weightman. The course went straight out to Toolernvale did a U-turn at the roundabout and then straight back on flat but dead roads. Weightman easily had the fastest time at the turn around and held this the whole way back to set a very competitive course record. McDowell and Tilson were 2nd and 3rd respectively. Joellen McPhan in her first ever cycling race set a great time to take the women's course record.
