Crack claims criterium

In the Criterium series held in Pinjarra Andrew Crack and Rob Davis delivered the winning rides. A combined A/B Grade race was a good workout for several riders including the eventual winner Andrew Crack. Strong work and surging attacks up front from the likes of Brett Clapham and Laurie Longworth kept the field honest. In the final lap Steve Ware lead the field into the home straight only to be overrun by Crack with Longworth third and Paul Lewis fourth.

B/C Grade was another testing ride with Peter Moyses losing contact early as riders once again shared the workload with Fraser Hanlan and Tony Ridgley setting a hot pace. In the final laps Davis took control to lead Stan Baker to the line second and Hanlan holding on to third with Ridgely fourth.
