In perfect conditions, a bunch of over 30 riders merged together with less than 10kms to race, with Myler first to take his chances, attacking on a small hill and holding on to beat 15 survivors from the original bunch. Philip Bishop, a previous winner of the event, put in a top ride to take second place with a fine sprint. Jamie Perry continued his good form to take fastest time from Laurie Venn. Cyclists of veteran age that are interested in racing can now take out a licence which will give them 15 months of competion for a 12 month registration. For any inquiries, please phone: 6394 8183.
